30th Annual Children's Christmas Parade---Atlanta, Georgia

As a Miss America contestant, I belong to an organization that has teamed up with the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. You may not know that between the ages of 10-14, I was treated at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for scoliosis and fitted with a back brace that I wore for up to 23 hours a day. This CMN hospital provided me with cutting edge treatment to help reverse this potentially debilitating disease.
The Children's Miracle Network Hospitals supports children's hospitals in our communities by funding research of children's cancers and illnesses such as diabetes and autism; they are instrumental in providing life saving equipment such as "Giraffe Beds" for premature infants.
Your contributions have a direct impact on the children and families served by the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Please join me and my sister, Katherine McCauley, in raising money for this very worthy cause. Thank you all for supporting our fundraising efforts.
